Verdant is an AI behavioural nutrition coach. It is an educational and lifestyle tool. It is not a medical device, a licensed clinician, a therapist, or an emergency service.

Verdant provides educational and behavioural guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental-health advice. Always consult a qualified clinician before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.

If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Verdant uses AI models to estimate nutrition, generate suggestions, and summarise your patterns. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong, especially for portion sizes, brand-specific products, and restaurant dishes. Always sanity-check before relying on a number, and never use AI estimates to manage a medical condition.

Verdant is an adult-only service. You must be 18 or older to create an account and use Verdant. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 18. Verdant is not designed for and must not be used by, or on behalf of, anyone under 18 — including using an adult’s account to plan a child’s or teenager’s eating, weight or medication.

You must provide accurate information, including your age. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will restrict and close it.

Nutrition, weight and growth needs for children and young people are different from adults. A GP or a registered paediatric dietitian is the right support for anyone under 18.

• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don’t use Verdant to harm yourself or others.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.

You own the data you put into Verdant. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing screen; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee). Statutory consumer rights, including EU/UK withdrawal rights, are unaffected.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer-service inquiries relating to billing, and handles returns and refunds under their Buyer Terms. Verdant Nutrition Software remains responsible for the Verdant service itself.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdant is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for decisions you make based on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. gross negligence, statutory consumer rights).

These terms are governed by the laws of the user’s country of residence where required by mandatory consumer protection rules, and otherwise by the laws of England & Wales.
